In 2020, Kazmintech Engineering LLP, in order to improve the comfort and safety of holidaymakers, developed design estimates for Kazzinc LLP (Working Documentation stage) for the improvement of the territory of the Aina recreation center.
The recreation center "Aina" is located in the East Kazakhstan region, the Altai region on the coast of the Bukhtarma reservoir. The main functional purpose of the facility is a summer recreation center with a seasonal operating mode and a period of operation from June to September. The base has a capacity of 1000 people.
The following solutions have been implemented within the framework of the project:

Brief description of the object:
In 2020, Kazmintech Engineering LLP, in order to improve the comfort and safety of holidaymakers, developed design estimates for Kazzinc LLP (Working Documentation stage) for the improvement of the territory of the Aina recreation center.
The recreation center "Aina" is located in the East Kazakhstan region, the Altai region on the coast of the Bukhtarma reservoir. The main functional purpose of the facility is a summer recreation center with a seasonal operating mode and a period of operation from June to September. The base has a capacity of 1000 people.
The following solutions have been implemented within the framework of the project:
- creation of recreation areas equipped with small architectural forms (MAF: benches, gazebos, urns, etc.) on the main walking paths. As such zones, it is envisaged to place five viewing platforms on the territory of the base with recreational facilities and to improve the main beach with access to people with limited mobility. With care for the environment, there are trunks for coniferous and deciduous trees as a natural shade. The observation decks have a radial configuration in plan, repeating the terrain and bringing the shape closer to eco-style. On two viewing platforms there are “Sail” tents to create an aesthetic appearance and functional purpose;
- covering for existing main thoroughfares and turning areas, walking paths;
- arrangement of six children's playgrounds and universal sports playgrounds on the territory of the base for different age groups, from 1 year old and older. The composition of children's playgrounds provides for the improvement of a separate children's beach with the possibility of a comfortable stay for accompanying adults;
- outdoor lighting of all major facilities: main driveways and walkways, recreation areas, playgrounds and sports grounds.
The main indicators for the object were:
- the total area of the territory within the design boundaries is more than 11 hectares;
- the total area of the projected sports and playgrounds and observation decks is more than 3,500 sq. m .;
- the total area of the pavement of the existing driveways and paths is more than 1.3 hectares.
