Yevgeny Yegel was born on November 15, 1984 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region. In 2007, he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after Daulet Serikbayev with a degree in Industrial and Civil Construction and Urban Economy and received the qualification of Engineer.

In 2006, he started his career as a civil engineer in the Building and Structure Survey Department at VTKA Spetsstroy LLP.

In 2010, he continued to work on the survey of buildings and structures already in the company East Kazakhstan regional branch of JSC National Center "Kurylyconsulting"

In 2011, he changed the direction of his activity within the framework of the qualification and was hired by JSC Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium and Magnesium Plant as a design engineer in the design and engineering department. At this enterprise, he worked his way up from a design engineer to the acting head of the design department.

Since January 2020, he joined the team of design professionals at Kazmintech Engineering LLP as a chief project engineer. In February 2024, he was transferred to a new position - deputy director for design work - chief engineer, where he currently continues his professional activities.
