The New Metallurgy project (reconstruction and expansion of the Ust-Kamenogorsk metallurgy sector of TOO "Kazzinc") provided construction of the Copper plant and reconstruction of the Lead plant with corresponding change of infrastructure of the enterprise (sulphuric acid production, office of separation of air).

On December 25, 2019, after reconstruction, a chemical and metallurgical plant (CMP) was commissioned in the Ust-Kamenogorsk Metallurgical Complex (UK MC).

Air dividing installation the KAr-15 and the system of storage CX-93-1.0/16.5-0.25 intended for ensuring air division with gaseous and liquid products: industrial or technological oxygen, liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon, gaseous oxygen and argon of high pressure for filling in cylinders, gaseous nitrogen pressure of 1.0 MPas.

The project has provided modernization of compartment with replacement of the installation of division of BR-5M air into air dividing installation of production of JSC Cryogenmash (Balashikha, MO, the Russian Federation) which has developed resource LIE to Kt-5.
