The Head of the BIM Department is responsible in the Company for a well-established design process using modern progressive technologies: this includes the implementation of new technologies, the implementation of technology for assessing the quality of the BIM model, consulting assistance, training and technical support for employees (creating content, templates, drawing up instructions, keeping them up to date).
