Provides technical and administrative management of the design center, design and survey work for various objects, supervision of their implementation and commissioning. Ensures a high technical and economic level of the designed objects. Takes measures aimed at improving the quality of design and estimate documentation and reducing the consumption of material resources during the construction of objects. Prepares proposals for the use of the most progressive and economical competitive design solutions in the project.
