Maxim Zakharov was born on November 03, 1978 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region. In 2001, he graduated from the East Kazakhstan Regional Law College with a degree in Law. In 2004, he graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in Law. He has repeatedly taken courses to improve his qualifications..

Maxim Gennadievich started his career in 2006. He was an intern at the East Kazakhstan Regional Bar Association in 2007.

From 2007 to 2013 held the position of Leading Legal Advisor of Kazzinctech LLP.

From 2013 to 2022, he held the position of Leading Legal Advisor of Kazzinc LLP.

From 2022 to the present, he holds the position of Deputy Director for Legal Affairs of Kazmintech Engineering LLP.

He is married and has a son and a daughter. Enjoys outdoor activities, snowboarding and cycling.
