In February, an internal seminar was held for employees of the Company. Mining engineers of Kazmintech Engineering improved their skills in such areas as:
- mine ventilation simulation;
- using of fans, various pressure and flow rates for ventilation workings;
- techniques for improving the quality of ventilation;
- the effect of recirculation on ventilation quality;
- pollution sources and gases in mines;
- calculation of gas accumulation in the mine in time;
- problems of thermodynamic modeling;
- fire simulation theory.
The training was carried out using VentSim DESIGN software.
