Specialists Completed Training on Modern Technologies for Underground Excavation Support

Representing our company were two specialists from the mining department:

• Elena Derk - Chief Specialist
• Igor Stukov - Lead Design Engineer

This training was another step in our ongoing effort to systematically enhance the qualifications of our team. We firmly believe that as our people grow in knowledge, so does the quality and success of our projects.
The seminar program included a wide range of valuable and up-to-date topics:

• New insights into the strength, stability, and deformability of rock masses based on data from the operation of underground mines in Kazakhstan;
• Understanding the patterns of stress-strain behavior around underground excavations;
• Application of forecasting methods and preventive measures for hazardous geotechnical phenomena during mining operations, including examples of support structure calculations;
• New approaches in the development and implementation of effective ground support technologies under varying geological conditions.

Thanks to this experience, our specialists are now even better equipped to apply advanced solutions in the field - safely, efficiently, and with engineering precision.
