Location: Pavlodar region, Aksu.
Year of implementation: 2023.
Project objective: Selection of an option for reconstruction/repair of the fuel supply system of the power plant with an optimal ratio of construction and further operation costs to ensure continuous operation of the plant, taking into account the commissioning of the second single-line FSL. The minimum requirement for any of the reconstruction/repair options is achieving the rated capacity of 1400 t/h.
Result of the work: A feasibility study has been developed for the project to reconstruct the fuel supply line to improve the fuel supply to the power units of the power plant of EEC JSC, the implementation of which will not bring additional profit, but its feasibility is due to technological necessity. Improving the fuel supply to the power units is necessary to ensure stable operation of the power plant.
Seven options for technical solutions for the reconstruction of the existing fuel supply line were considered, of which option 4 was recognized as preferable. Based on the results of the technical and economic comparison, the optimal reconstruction option was determined. Information modeling was performed for all seven reconstruction options.
The selected technical solution for the reconstruction of the fuel supply line allows minimizing the risks of process shutdowns due to conveyor failure and increasing the reliability of uninterrupted operation of the power plant.
