Reconstruction of ZIF TOO "Altyntau Kokshetau"

Reconstruction of ZIF for achievement of performance of 8 million tons of ore a year. This work was performed "turnkey" (EPCM), beginning from the idea and finishing with reaching design capacity.
Is designed and built the new shop of crushing in which:
• Installation of mills of ultrathin crushing of SMD – 350 is made,
• The mill of KRUPP POLYSIUS AG 9.3х6.1 is established large-volume (250 m3)
• Replacement of the pump equipment and the scheme of classification on the basis of grokhot of "Derrick"

     The Modular Mobile Installation (MMI) the system of crushing classification with application of grokhot of the Derrick type, hydroclone installation, is intended for selection of a production schedules and equipment selection. MPU is mounted on the automobile platform and maritime containers.
