Adaptation of design documentation

Adaptation of design documentation is a comprehensive service aimed at adapting design solutions developed by foreign companies, taking into account the requirements of legislation, regulations, safety standards and the specifics of local operating conditions. Projects such as mining complexes, metallurgical plants, enrichment plants and infrastructure facilities require precision in calculations and strict compliance with regulatory documentation.

1. Evaluation of the initial design documentation – at this stage, a deep analysis and examination of the design materials is carried out. Evaluation of all technical solutions, engineering calculations, drawings and specifications for compliance with the legislative and regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Adjustment and localization of design solutions - adaptation of design solutions taking into account regional characteristics, such as local geological and climatic conditions, availability of resources and technologies, environmental safety requirements, as well as specifications for mining operations and metallurgical equipment.
3. Modification of technological processes and schemes - if necessary, technological processes are revised, taking into account local operating conditions, to improve productivity and safety, as well as taking into account environmental restrictions.

5. Translation and standardization of documentation - translation of all documentation (technical, design, operational) into the appropriate language, taking into account specialized terminology, as well as bringing the documentation to a single standard adopted in the Client's country.
6. Issuance of design documentation - issuance of design documentation prepared in accordance with the regulatory documentation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, development of specialized sections ( environmental protection, industrial safety), support during approvals in government agencies and examinations.

Approval - obtaining approvals from local authorities, environmental and construction supervisory authorities, obtaining all necessary permits to begin construction.
