Kazmintech Engineering is accredited in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the right to provide engineering services in terms of technical supervision at technically and technologically complex facilities of the 1st level of responsibility, as well as for the right to provide services in terms of project management in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction.
As part of technical supervision, we carry out expert inspection activities that will ensure: the quality of construction work and its compliance with standards and regulations, the use of materials and equipment provided for in the project, compliance with construction deadlines and project estimates.
Technical supervision is carried out at all stages of construction and installation works, but Kazmintech Engineering is also ready to join technical supervision at the stage of development of design and estimate documentation for greater efficiency by conducting an external audit of design documentation and developing recommendations, which in some cases allows to reduce construction costs and save time significantly by optimizing work and eliminating design errors and discrepancies in advance.
Our team of experts will provide competent support for all types of repair and construction work, installation of equipment, engineering systems and communications. In particular, an inspection of the construction process and construction control will also be carried out, adjustments will be made to the work of contracting construction organizations when errors and discrepancies are identified, control will be provided for the correctness of the work and the compliance of materials and equipment with design and estimate documentation.
Our experts will help you develop optimal solutions to problems (selection and replacement of materials, reinforcement of structures), and will also ensure that the contractor prepares all necessary execution documentation.
We use only modern technical measuring instruments for maximum quality control of work and materials. The technical supervision service uses concrete strength meters, laser rangefinders and angle meters, electronic tacheometers, dew point meters, weld joint meters and ultrasonic thickness gauges in its daily work.
Every day our experts perform the following tasks at construction sites:
- improving the quality of work (compliance with technologies, norms and rules);
- quality control of the materials used (checking certificates, laboratory testing of samples, compliance with storage rules);
- control over the correct execution of construction documentation (allows the Client to track violations in construction technologies and facilitates the subsequent acceptance of the facility into operation);
- control over construction deadlines (elimination of delays from the work schedule);
- cost reduction (tracking the volume of work presented for payment, control over compliance with the cost of work and materials).
